At Genero we know how important it is to have a reliable web host, that’s why we offer all our new customers a free 7 days hosting with us. This allows you to test the service we provide, and experience the impeccable up-time for yourselves. When we do work for you we will offer you a FREE subdomain and hosting account (alternatively, you can use your own domain). This account will be active for 7 days – after this week you will be sent an invoice for the following month. If you decide to continue with us then all you have to do is send us your payment and carry on. If however, you decide you do not need our hosting services, then you simply ignore the invoice and your account will be removed – Simple!

We provide 3 basic ‘packages’ of hosting: Genero Eco, Genero Eco+ and Genero Premium, each package is differently priced and provides you with a different spec. If you do not know which package would suit you best, just give us a call or send us an email and we can advise you on what is best. If you feel that we do not provide a package suitable for you, then send us a ‘Quote Request’ and we will build you a personalised hosting package just for you.
