At Genero we use Mac OS X, we mainly use two machines as follows: iMac – Mac OS X 10.6.6, 3.06GHz Intel Core i3, 4GB 1333 MHz DDR3 with Adobe Creative Suite 5 Master Collection™.

We provide the service of technical drawing and cartoon creation. For this we use a Bamboo Pen and Touch Tablet which is linked to a number of programs including Adobe Photoshop™ and 2D Design Tools™.

Genero Design is a small, personal graphic design business based in Reading, England. Genero began in 2008 trading as Live Virtual Assistant – which was a successful graphic design and consultancy company. However in 2010, we decided to focus on what we do best – design. We know how important ‘first impressions’ are, and we believe the front page is possibly the most important selling factor of a business. You need to make potential customers into clients from the moment they visit their website. We can do this for you by creating an inspirational website that will engage your viewers – we will increase your sales and enquires.

At Genero Design we work very closely with our customers, and we include them in our project management so they can see what we are up to, and check how much of their project is complete. We use a system called ActiveCollab which is an advanced system used by professional companies to provide a link between company and client. Upon receiving a quote, an order, or an account creation request, Genero will create an account which means you can view invoices, view the designer’s status updates, add specifications and tasks and various other items which will enable you to have that one-to-one link with your personal designer or project manager.
